With close to twenty years of experience in the pastry department of one of downtown Toronto’s most prestigious five star hotels, Pastry Ben knows his way around Edible Arts. However, somewhere along the way, he became tired of the basic traditional flavours of chocolate and vanilla. Yearning for the flavours from his childhood in Asia, he decided to create fusion arts – the combination of tradional recipies with the ethnic flavours from back home.
